硅压力传感器的可靠性试验方法及失效分析

通过对一种特定结构的硅压力传感器进行动态综合应力寿命试验 ,探讨了硅压力传感器的可靠性实验方法 ;并对失效样品进行了解剖分析 ,研究了它在温度、电压和压力共同作用下的失效机理 ,分析了产品设计、工艺与可靠性的关系 ,提出了相应的改进措施。     

旋耕刀传感器的研究

设计了一种供旋耕刀测力用的延伸八角环传感器。该传感器具有良好的线性、较高的灵敏度及较小的滞后现象 ;各被测参数间的交互影响很小 ,可以忽略。     

车辆起步车速测量技术的研究

介绍了装有自动机械式变速箱 (automaticmechanicaltransmission ,AMT)的车辆起步车速的测量技术。起步车速的精确测量对离合器控制规律 ,尤其是离合器半接合点的确定至关重要。由于选用了霍尔式零速传感器和单片机MC6 8376的TPU模块以及相应的检测软件 ,使得车辆起步车速的测量更加精确 ,从而为离合器的优化控制提供了可靠的依据     

Fourth-order accurate BLAGE iterative method for the solution of two-dimensional elliptic equations in polar co-ordinates

In this article, we report on the block alternating group explicit (BLAGE) iterative method for solving the block symmetric linear system derived from the fourth-order accurate nine-point discretisation of a two-dimensional elliptic equation in cylindrical polar co-ordinates. The error analysis of the BLAGE method is discussed briefly. The performance of this more accurate BLAGE method is compared with the corresponding block successive over relaxation (BSOR) method by considering two test problems, wherein the significance of the role played by two parameters ω₁ and ω₂ of the BLAGE method becomes evident in providing both convergence and accuracy of the computed solution.     

局部双层柱面网壳与单层网壳的对比分析

合理的局部双层网壳结构能够较好的解决单层网壳承载力低、整体稳定性较差以及双层网壳由于杆件、节点较多造成结构繁杂的缺点,近年来得到了较多的应用.以正交正放局部双层柱面空腹网壳为例,通过与相同跨度及截面下单层网壳的对比,详细阐述了局部双层网壳在承载力、稳定性及经济指标上的优越性,得出了一些对工程设计具有指导意义的结论.     

基于强度稳定综合理论的深海潜器耐压圆柱壳极限强度的解算

通过对弹性基础梁复杂弯曲综合因子N的研究,得以应用强度稳定综合理论的解析法对弹性基础梁复杂弯曲的稳定性进行计算.由于圆柱壳轴对称失效变形的微分方程可化为复杂弯曲的弹性基础梁的微分方程,于是圆柱壳和加肋圆柱壳壳板失稳的临界应力公式也可以由此方法得出.最后通过与高强钢的加肋圆柱壳的实验结果和已有工作比较,证明了强度稳定综合理论方法在圆柱壳结构壳板稳定性计算上的适用性.

一种滑坡预测传感器的机理与测值可靠性探讨

对造成巨大生命财产损失的滑坡灾害,分析了其发展过程中的力学参数变化,提出用数字式遥感土压力仪与变形仪对之进行实时连续遥测和预报预警,认为钨铼合金丝式振弦仪器适于此类观测,其测定值是可靠的.     

Bending stress of rolling element in elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing

A new structure design method of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is proposed, in which PTFE is embedded into a hollow cylindrical rolling element, according to the principle of creative combinations and through innovation research on cylindrical roller bearing structure. In order to systematically investigate the inner wall bending stress of the rolling element in elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing, finite element analysis on different elastic composite cylindrical rolling elements was conducted. The results show that, the bending stress of the elastic composite cylindrical rolling increases along with the increase of hollowness with the same filling material. The bending stress of the elastic composite cylindrical rolling element decreases along with the increase of the elasticity modulus of the material under the same physical dimension. Under the same load, on hollow cylindrical rolling element, the maximum bending-tensile stress values of the elastic composite cylindrical rolling element after material filling at 0° and 180° are 8.2% and 9.5%, respectively, lower than those of the deep cavity hollow cylindrical rolling element. In addition, the maximum bending-compressive stress value at 90° is decreased by 6.1%.     

汽车空调压缩机活塞圆柱度测量新方法

给出了圆柱度误差电容形面传感测量原理,运用ANSYS软件对三维实体多导体系统模型的部分电容进行数值分析。基于该原理研制的测量装置对某空调压缩机活塞圆柱度进行了可行性实验验证。
